Room Rental

The Multi-Purpose room is equipped with a ceiling mounted projection screen, ceiling mounted multimedia projector, white board, and computer hook-up (computer not included).

Multi-Purpose Room Rental Fees:

• Business or Profit Groups: $20.00 an hour (+ HST)
• Non-Profit Groups: $10.00 an hour (+ HST)

Upon arrival, please stop by our Welcome Desk where Library Staff can receive your signed Contract, rental Payment and unlock the room if necessary.

 Examples of Business or Profit Groups:

• • Private companies
  • Independent Tutors or Coaches
  • Freelancers or consultants offering paid services
  • Startups and entrepreneurial ventures
  • Any organization that operates with the primary goal of generating profit 

Examples of Non-Profit Groups or individuals:

• • Registered charities
  • Individuals taking exams
  • Community service organizations
  • Social clubs and hobby groups with no profit motive
  • Government or municipal organizations

Office-style, privacy pods, offer dedicated space for taking exams, making private phone calls, and conducting small meetings. 

Office Pod Rental Fees:

• Business or Profit Groups: $20.00 for use up to 3 hours (+ HST)
• Non-Profit Groups: $10.00 for use up to 3 hours (+ HST)

Upon arrival, please stop by our Welcome Desk and Library Staff will direct you to your booked Office Pod.
