Study Pods

Need a quiet, professional space to focus? Our Office Pods offer a private, comfortable setting for studying, taking exams, making phone calls, or holding small, 2 person meetings. Each pod features fan ventilation and built-in charging outlets for added convenience, as well as bench seating and a work desk.

These sound-dampened pods are available for free on a first-come, first-served basis or can be reserved in advance for a small fee. Reserving an Office Pod ensures it will be available for your exclusive use, uninterrupted, during your selected time (subject to booking availability).

Office Pod Rental Fees:

Business or Profit Groups: $20.00 for use up to 3 hours (+ HST)
Non-Profit Groups: $10.00 for use up to 3 hours (+ HST)

We have two office pods available: Pod 1 is more open, facing a window without decals (as seen in example photos). Pod 2 offers slightly more privacy, with one side facing a wall and partial frosted decals.
