Join us for Aging with Vitality, an engaging and informative event designed to help you age with confidence, purpose, and wellness. This free library program features expert speakers sharing insights on nutrition, movement, and mindset—key elements to maintaining a vibrant and fulfilling life. This event includes a free lunch!

TICKETS:
Tickets are required for entry. Starting Friday, March 6 tickets may be picked up at the library with your library card. There is no cost for this event and tickets are free.
Our Guest Speakers include:
- Tara Taylor – Holistic Nutrition Practitioner, Restored Vitality.
Tara will discuss the importance of digestion and how to maximize the nutrients your body absorbs for optimal health. - Cathy Ireland, Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT), and Yoga Instructor (CYA)
Cathy, specializes in senior fitness. Learn how movement and flexibility contribute to aging well, mitigating the impact of stress and nurturing greater resilience and vitality as we age. - Jennifer Aronson, MSW, RSW – Therapist, Gowthorpe Therapists (gowthorpetherapists.com)
Jennifer will discuss the importance of a healthy mindset to help you live your best life as you age.
Event Schedule:
- 9:45 AM – Building front doors will be open and tickets will be collected inside at Council Chambers door.
- 10:00 AM – Welcome + introduction.

A free lunch will be provided in the Multi-Purpose Room for all attendees.
This event is FREE, but tickets are required for entry. Must present Quinte West library card to obtain tickets (up to two tickets allowed per library card holder).
You can pick up your tickets, in-person at either branch of the Quinte West Public Library (7 Creswell Dr, Trenton OR 22 North Trent St, Frankford) starting on Friday, March 6 (Limited quantity of tickets available).

This event is designed for adults aged 50+ who want to learn practical ways to maintain physical health, mental wellness, and social engagement as they age.
Yes. This is a free event but tickets are required for entry. You must have a valid Quinte West Library card to pick up a ticket. Up to 2 tickets are allowed per library card user. Tickets can be picked up at either library branch starting Friday, March 6 while quantities last.
Yes! If you can’t attend, please return your ticket to the library as soon as possible so someone else can use it. You can also give your ticket to a friend or family member who would like to attend. This helps ensure that all available spots are filled and everyone has the opportunity to participate.
A complimentary lunch will be available, including sandwiches, coffee, tea, and light desserts in the Multi-Purpose Room. Please hold onto your ticket stub for access to the lunch area. A limited number of dietary-friendly options (such as gluten-free and vegetarian) will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have specific dietary needs, please plan accordingly.
Yes! After the presentations, there will be a Q&A panel where attendees can ask the speakers questions.
