COVID-19 INFORMATION
The Quinte West Public Library – Trenton and Frankford branches are open to the public.
Masks are mandatory and must be worn while in the building.
Proof of Vaccination – Printing
There is no charge to print your proof of vaccination. Please see our circulation staff for help with this process.
Memberships - Online Registration
Quinte West Public Library cards are free to all who live or own property in Quinte West and Belleville. Remember that each member of the family can get a library card! Children up to the age of 13 should apply for a children’s card and a parent/guardian must agree to be responsible for library material borrowed on their children’s card.
As a resident of Quinte West you can now apply for your library card online and the card will be mailed to you.

If for any reason you are unable to come into the library we do offer the following services:
Curbside Pickup: This service is available by appointment – Please call 613-394-3381 or email the library to make an appointment or to enquire about delivery.
Book Bundles: Not sure what you want – let our passionate and knowledgeable staff help select items for you. For more information or to fill out a request form please see our Book Bundle page.

Room Rental / Attending Programs
At this time, due to Covid-19, all persons coming into City Hall are required to use sanitizer, wear a mask and to leave contact information.
Additionally, all persons meeting in either rental room, will have to show their valid COVID-19 vaccine receipt along with supporting identification when entering the building.
Note: all vaccine exemptions are to be emailed to the library, at least 3 business days ahead of the rental day, to allow for vaccine exemption confirmation.
A mask or face covering must be worn at all times while in the library, including while meeting/attending a program in our Quiet Study or Multi-purpose room.
